My plan is to swim the 22 miles over 12 weeks starting on 14 January by visiting Bletchley Leisure Centre twice a week and swimming a mile at each visit, this equates to 64 lengths of their 25m pool each visit. Bletchley Leisure Centre have generously agreed to support me by donating the use of the pool free of charge. I have had type 1 diabetes since the age of 21 and have always tried to maintain an active life by participating in sport. I would be grateful for any donations to support this worthy cause
