Every year Albion in the Community support an average of 400 individuals with a disability to be active. Through their disability specific football teams or their fully inclusive football sessions, Albion in the Community helps to enable individuals to get active and stay active. It has never has it been more important to be active and to support more vulnerable people to be healthy - that is why I am taking part in Move it May. I am committing to moving every day in the month by doing 3 miles/30 minutes each day to raise money to support Albion in the Community to be there for those who most need their support. It costs just £50 to cover the cost of a football session for young people with a disability so every donation will make a huge difference. Thank you for supporting me.
