As most of our friends know, our beautiful brave granddaughter Amelia-Grace has a life limiting condition, we depend heavily on the wonderful support we receive from Derian house, they have been a lifeline for our family, we really don't know where we would be without them. We as a family try and give something back by donating and fundraising what we can.
