On the 29th July I will be attempting to cycle from Cardiff Bay South Wales to Rhyl Beach North wales a total of 190 miles. I will be doing this to raise funds for the local Riding for the disabled association RDA which my son Samuel has been involved with for many years. At Hull & Holderness RDA for over 40 years, Horses & volunteers have benefited the lives of many disabled children & adultswith fun activities providing riding therapy, fitness, skills, development & achievement. All supported by the dedicated volunteers & qualified coaches but only made possible through your kind donations. 

This trip is self funded so all donations go directly to the charity RDA Hull & Holderness.
