The Spartan is a 3-5 mile race over obstacles. If you know me, you know that physical exercise is not something that you would normally associate with me. Let alone the words "race" and "obstacles". However Virtual1 has formed a charity partnership with Restless Development and this has given me the opportunity to raise some money and giving me a reason to get fitter.

Every little bit will help me focus and push me to do the training I need to do. For clarity, I'm starting this from a position of not having done any dedicated exercise for 25 years. In a fit of madness I agreed to submit myself to something I am sure will be hellish and horrible. If you wish to encourage me to endure running, climbing and carrying heavy objects on a cold October morning in a muddy field then please donate.
