I'm raising money for mind because my brother suffered with mental health problems for 25 years, before taking his own life in March 2018.

I'm not ashamed to admit, I myself suffered with severe anxiety and panic attacks for at least 20 years, but kept it to myself as I felt afraid to tell anyone. After finally telling my wife, we went through all the right channels to get me help. I have now learnt to deal with it and feel I have to do my bit for Mind.

Lots of people suffer with either anxiety, depression, panic attacks etc and for those who don't understand really have no idea what it feels like. People who suffer feel alone, scared and trapped. Let's help them conquer their fears and get the help they need.
