Story

The Challenge

From Whitehaven in the west to Tynemouth in the east, approximately 136 miles. 13 brave cyclists began their training for this arduous feat at the start of the year and come rain or shine, they’ll be ready to put themselves to the test in May. The Our Space, Your Place team love a challenge, and this is a big one. Will they all make it? Knowing that they’re raising money for such a wonderful cause will surely spur them on, and that’s where you can help.

About Us

Our Space, Your Place is an exciting initiative from David Wilson Homes North West. We offer schools, community groups and charities across the North West region the opportunity to benefit from support in the form of funding or time. If we can help in some way, we’ll try our best to do so. Please visit our website at www.ourspaceyourplace.co.uk for more information on the work we’ve done.

Our Space, Your Place also help some worthy organizations such as The British Heart Foundation, Chester Aid to the Homeless (CATH), and most recently Cancer Research UK, on whose behalf we will be raising funds with this cycling challenge.

Our Goal

The team aim to raise at least £5,000 by the 15th of May, and we hope with hard work and the generous support of the our colleagues and the public that we can reach this target and provide Cancer Research UK with the full amount to help them continue their vital work.

Please donate what you can

Many thanks,

The Our Space, Your Place team.
