The annual Carten bike ride from Cardiff to Tenby takes place on Saturday 2 May 2020. When Welsh international star Mike Phillips issued his challenge to fellow rugby player Shane Williams #teamshane was born. I'm not sure how I got roped in (probably the token Englishman) but I'll be joining #teamshane to help raise as much money as possible in aid of Velindre Cancer Centre providing treatment and care to cancer patients and their families in Wales.
