As some of you will know over the last few years our daughter Sophie has been diagnosed with neurofibromatosis (NF1) and an operation is imminent to sort her arm deformity.

This condition has therefore been at the forefront of our family over the last few years and wanted to do something positive for this charity.

Both my brother and I are running the Southampton 10km - David and half Marathon - me. This will be David's first event so big shout out for that.
