Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit Paul Stevens' JustGiving page.
As many of you already know I am running in the London Marathon on 25 April 2010 for the charity "Help the Hospices".
My mother received outstanding care at a hospice for which my whole family were very grateful.
Hospices across the country are almost totally supported by charitable donations and I would like to show my gratitude by raising money for this excellent cause.
The marathon is a great day out and your support en route would help me tremendously.
I will be running with my friend Mike Clyne. My brother Simon will also be running, and whilst I am clearly physically stronger than him (or some may say just fatter) he is a far better athlete and therefore will be miles ahead of me.
If you'd like to see Simon, don't blink. If you want to see me you could walk along side me. So, as normal, I'm a lot better value for money.
Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
So please dig deep and donate now.
