Friends of the Foundation Robert Mitchell-Thain, Gordon Lundie, Dimitar Tonev, and Andrew Bailey are getting together once again to push themselves physically, psychologically (and probably emotionally if last year is anything to go by) as they take the concept of movement as medicine just a little too far.

The intrepid four shall start from their base in Broadford with a 20K kayak south of Skye, braving the North Atlantic as they go, going on to climb Sgur na banachdaich finishing off with a 50k or so road cycle on the mountain roads back to Broadford.

Having (almost) enjoyed last year's 3 peaks in 48 hours, we wanted to go all Spinal Tap and ramp it up to eleven, going just that one louder.  So, yes: this will hurt. Yes, we will struggle through the weekend. Yes, we will do it knowing all the funds will be used to address unmet need for people affected by PBC: an incurable autoimmune disease. The Foundation does so much to help those affected by PBC: giving information and support; advocating for timely diagnosis and to ensure patients receive the correct medication; fighting for access to life-saving treatments are just some of the essential services they carry out.

So, please... help us to help them.
