Story

Thank you for pledging your support to Pete and Kevs Birthday  challenge for 2021. On the 17th of May I will turn 72 and on the 7th of April Kev will turn 60. We are asking instead of gifts and cards this year you consider donating to our Guide Dogs challenge. We will be talking a small team of family and friends from Brownsover (Rugby) to Draycote water (Dunchurch) which is around a 15 mile walk. The charity is very close to our hearts and we have supported them for many years due to the life changing support they have given our family. The walk will take place on the Sunday 2nd of May.

The sponsorship money you raise will truly make a difference. £140 could buy a Starter Kit for a new guide dog owner, containing everything they need to start a life with their new guide dog, this includes the iconic white harness. Its thanks to people like you that we can continue to provide life-changing services, like our guide dogs, to people with sight loss. So, a huge thank you!

If you would like to take part in our walk feel free to message one of us on facebook and we will arrange that.

The ability to get around is vital in order to live a full life yet thousands of people with sight loss never leave home alone. We empower visually impaired people to do that and rely on the support of the public to fund the guide dog service.
