On Sunday 4th October 2009 I will be taking on the challenge of a triathlon in support of Hope and Homes for Children. This year I am determined to get fit for the challenge and raise much needed funds for Hope and Homes for Children, a charity that is making a real difference to the lives of orphaned and abandoned children across Central and Eastern Europe and . The triathlon will be no easy feat, a 400m swim followed by a 20km cycle and a 5km run. I aim to raise over £500, so ever penny counts. Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure.
