Tour des Trees: Tires, Trees, and Tahoe! · 26 September 2023 to 2 October 2023 ·

The Tour des Trees is a multiday, supported bike tour. Tour des Trees riders will spend up to five days riding from Reno, Nevada area, past Lake Tahoe, and into Northern California, engaging with communities and raising funds for TREE Fund.

Story

I first joined the Tour des Trees in 2003, and will be riding for my 17th Tour in 2023.Recently retired from a rewarding career as an arborist, I still feel that one of the best things I can do is raise funds for Tree Research and Education. Healthy trees add tremendous value to society, from improving mental and physical well being to energy conservation and cleaning the air. And healthy trees are rooted in research. Please support the TREE Fund by supporting my ride for research!
