Story

Guys I am going to by running a 10 k survival of the fittest with Mens Health Magazine.  It's a 10k run around Cardiff on the 28th of September.  After every kilometer there will be a urban assault course.   hqttp://m.youtube.com/results?q=men's%20health%20survival%20of%20the%20fittest%20cardiff%202013%20&sm=1       Why because a good friend of mine lost his best mate Robert Ingram to cancer on the 01.10.2013.  It startdd from Robert having tonsillitis, and lost feeling in his right arm.  His mother Catherine then took him to the hospital,  where he had a blood tests.  This was on a Saturday,  that night they diagnosed Robert with blood cancer.  On Sunday it was Roberts Birthday where he turned 23.  Tuesday the 01.10.2013 Robert Ingram passed away.  I personally did not know Robert and never met him.  When my Niall Salmon told me about Robert story and Teenage Cancer Trust who raise money for the ward Robert was on.  I knew raising money for Teenage Cancer Trust will make a difference  to other familys like Roberts. So if its  50p, £1 or anything you can afford you know you will be making a difference.
