This September marks 5 years since our first child and only son, Petroc, was stillborn. While thinking about how to mark this milestone we found out about the 5 for 5 challenge, set up by Aoife and John in memory of their son who would also have been 5 this year.

We have challenged ourselves to 5 x 5km walks along 5 rivers in South East London before Petroc’s birth date on 12 September. We’re going to walk along the Beck, the Pool, the Ravensbourne, the Quaggy and the Thames.
