When given the opportunity to get involved by taking PR photos of the night I was eager to get involved. The challenge now is to turn photos into donations. At first I was going to sell the images through my website and donate the money to the cause, but firstly there is a small charge paid to my web host when I sell there, and more importantly on my site there is no way to add by Gift Aid which is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer, which adds a valuable boost your kind contribution.</span></span><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-family: Tahoma; font-size: 10.5pt; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-ansi-language: EN-GB; mso-fareast-language: EN-GB; mso-bidi-language: AR-SA;"><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-family: Tahoma; font-size: 10.5pt; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-ansi-language: EN-GB; mso-fareast-language: EN-GB; mso-bidi-language: AR-SA;"><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-family: Tahoma; font-size: 10.5pt; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-ansi-language: EN-GB; mso-fareast-language: EN-GB; mso-bidi-language: AR-SA;"> </span></span></span></span></span></span></div>

<div><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-family: Tahoma; font-size: 10.5pt; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-ansi-language: EN-GB; mso-fareast-language: EN-GB; mso-bidi-language: AR-SA;">So this seemed like the best way to make sure the party lived on and raised as much money possible for <span style="color: #800000;"><strong>Disasters Emergency Committee East Africa Crisis Appeal </strong><span style="color: #000000;">(Oxfam is a member of <a title="DEC" href="http://www.dec.org.uk/item/506?gclid=CNrUxNyrnKoCFVJTfAodzHFDxw" target="_blank">DEC</a>, and this was the only registered charity I could find on JustGiving that was aimed specifically at the East Africa cause)</span></span>.
