Hey there it's that time again! This time me and Joe are walking 149 miles from Plymouth to Land's End in September along the southwest coastal path, we plan to reach the tip of the Cornish coast in 5 days. This is meant to be one of the most challenging routes to walk in Britain as it dips and climbs with every mouth of every stream and river, we will be doing all this with everything we need carried on our backs! It is sure to be one of the greatest physical challenges I have faced but it is nothing compared to the hardship which people affected or suffering from cancer have to go through.

We partaking in this walk in support and memory of everyone who is suffering and recovered from cancer and also those who we have sadly lost.

Recently a family friend lost his battle with cancer so I am dedicating my walk to Geoff Cocking. 

On the route we plan to regularly update you with our progress with videos and photos. Along with pictures from our training sessions which are currently well underway.
