I will be joining my sister doing the Alzheimer's Memory Walk in October. This disease affects so many of us each and every day in a million different ways.

Sadly my mum was diagnosed earlier this year, just like the true trooper she is she won't let it bring her mood down and she's still her funny, quirky and loving mum.
