Thames Path Challenge 2014 · 13 September 2014 to 14 September 2014 ·

We are Great Ormond Street Hospital Charity. We stop at nothing to help give seriously ill children childhoods that are fuller, funner and longer. Because we believe no childhood should be lost to illness.

Story

Hi all, thanks so much for looking at our page.

As you may know myself & Penny participated in the 100km London to Brighton Trek last year (62 miles). It was extremelly hard work and took us just under 29 hours to complete - with no sleep! Although I crossed the finish line saying 'never again', it wasn't long before Penny had me agreeing to doing it all again the only difference this time is that we are taking part in the Thames Path Challenge instead (still 100km). We also have a new recruit - Rob has decided to give his knees & body a battering too by taking part with us - we will finish before him tho schhhh don't tell him ;-)!

All donations will be going to Great Ormond Street Hospital in memory of my son Sean Paul Gooday
