As a school, we are working towards creating a dementia-friendly community in Horncastle and the surrounding area. We have been delighted to host several Dementia Friends information sessions for
Year 8, Year 10 and Year 12 students throughout the course of the year.  These courses are provided free of charge by the Alzheimer’s Society, and in order to demonstrate our thanks for their support we are planning 2 Memory Walks in July (as part of our community days) to raise funds for this fantastic charity.  The walk is about 5.5 miles long and will lead us through parts of the Lincolnshire Wolds.
