In August 2016 dad was unfortunately diagnosed with Mesothelioma, a rare and aggressive form of lung cancer. This came as a huge shock and dad faced it in his own way, however on 2 January 2017 his brief battle with cancer came to an end. 

I now want to do what I can to raise awareness of Mesothelioma and raise funds to help others who have this terrible disease.  I live in hope that one day a cure is found!
