Hello all, 

Thanks for visiting my page. Many of you who know me are likely aware that I live with Crohn's Disease. I have had my diagnosis since 2019, but have suffered since 2014. Crohn's & Colitis UK were introduced to me shortly after diagnosis and have supported me in ways unimaginable. From reducing shame to regular newsletters connecting me with other individuals who share my experiences, this charity has done so much to support thousands of individuals.

Crohn's & Colitis UK is the UK's leading charity for Crohn's and Colitis. Right now, over 500,000 people in the UK are living with a lifelong disease that many people have never heard of. I am taking part in the 2023 Great North Run to support Crohn's & Colitis UK, and your donation can help Crohn's & Colitis UK's mission to improve diagnosis and treatment; to fund research, and raise awareness.
