I will be joining 9 others from Ingleton Wood to run the Saucony Cambridge Half Marathon on Sunday 8th March in aid of Men's Shed Association because we all know there is a husband, father, brother, son, uncle, friend or colleague out there currently living in darkness who feel like there is nowhere else turn to.

Men's Shed Association are a fantastic charity who work hard across the country providing a welcoming place for men to go, meet like-minded people who they can share their worries with, have fun, share skills and knowledge to gain a renewed sense of purpose and belonging. Since becoming a registered charity in 2015 they have reduced the feelings of isolation and loneliness, helped men to deal with mental health challenges, remain independent, rebuilt communities and saved many men's lives.

Your donation will be greatly appreciated and like Men's Shed Association, you too will play a big part in assisting them to achieve their plans of expanding their 530 Men's Sheds to a additional 140 and ultimately help to save men's lives.
