The ceiling in Bolton Deaf Society's function room has become damaged and all of their groups and events have had to be cancelled, until it can be repaired.
Your much needed donations will help pay to fix the room so that it can reopen for local people with deafness.
The function room is the main room in the centre and provides a safe and accessible space for people with deafness, to socialise, learn and have fun. The room has a bar, kitchen and entertainment facilities. Since Bolton Deaf Society moved into the centre, in 1973, it has been used regularly by their groups and other services.
