This January, join the first UK wide Blue Light Get Active Challenge, a month long campaign to inspire all emergency services across the UK to get active physically and mentally whilst helping raise funds for our fantastic national charities.

Story

Our Charity operates as the national Childrens Air Ambulance and the local air ambulance services for Warwickshire, Northamptonshire, Derbyshire, Leicestershire & Rutland. We do not receive any government funding for either of the services and we rely entirely on donations to raise the money we need for each lifesaving mission. The Childrens Air Ambulance is an interhospital transfer service flying critically ill babies and children from one hospital to another for specialist care. With our ability to fly approximately four times faster than a land ambulance, we can minimise travel times and the risk for little patients. Every day of the year, Warwickshire, Northamptonshire, Derbyshire, Leicestershire & Rutland Air Ambulance is helping save more lives. Our critical care paramedics, doctors and pilots attend an average of five rescue missions a day. We deliver lifesaving care within minutes to those in greatest need. Your support will help keep all of our services flying.
