Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Over this New Year I will be climbing North Africa's two highest peaks, Mount Toubkal (4167m) and her sister peak Mount Ouanakrim (4088m) over 3 days. This will be a strenous climb tackling deep snow; dangerous sheets of ice and freezing winds each day will average 8-10 hours of climbing.

I am doing this in mermory of my Mother. Raising money for Headway the brain injury association what is very close charity to my heart. In March 2000 my mother Ruth Anne Wilding died of a double cerebral brain haemorrhage, having a family member suffer from a brain injury is devestating and turns your world upside down very suddenly. I have choosen Headway becouse is a great charity provide understanding and support, and push for greater awareness to help reduce instances of brain injury.
Am doing this all of my own back so all money goes to headway!!

Please sponser all you can to a good cause and to support me to brave the snow, ice, zero temperatures and a bit of altitude sickness over New Year while everyone else is having a few merry drinks.

Thank you!
