Every day, men and women have to leave their career in the Armed Forces as a result of physical or psychological wounds. Our fundraising helps them recover and get on with their lives. So far we've supported more than 25,000 people and won’t stop until every veteran gets the support they deserve.

After personally being Medically Discharged in 2014, I found my way forward looking very difficult to say the least. With the assistance of Help for Heroes, I have learnt not only to cope, but to move forward.

This is my my chance, through raising funds; to enable the charity to help others.

BBBR22 is a cycling challenge like no other, riding alongside our wounded heroes, experiencing unique camaraderie, and witness their recovery in action. By taking part, raising vital funds for veterans and their families and help make a difference to their lives.

Our route takes us down 'The Old Front Line', and we will cycle down the whole British sector of the Western Front of the Great War; visiting the main British Battlefields of 1914-18 in chronological order.
