Story
As most of you know, my health hasn’t been brilliant this year (understatement!!!) I am attempting to up my fitness- which in turn will benefit myself and my family whilst raising money for a local MIND charity that has helped my daughter this year.
I will be doing this by starting Couch to 5k, or swimming and even going for a long walk some days. But I will do 30 mins of exercise everyday!.
