Story
I personally struggle with the short, dark days in the winter time, particularly after the Christmas festivities are over and wanted to do something that would motivate me to get up and out.
My aim is to run every day in January and hope to be able to achieve 100 miles by the end of the month, which will mean running just over 5km each day.
I know this will positively benefit my mental health and allow me make 2020 a great year.
Please help me raise some funds for an such an important organisation as Mind and in turn allow them to provide their much needed support to people with mental health issues, their families and carers.
