To help celebrate the 20th anniversary of Chestnut Treehouse, my friend and colleague Sam Morton and I will be abseiling 180ft from Arundel Castle. 

It has also given us a golden opportunity to raise some much-needed money for the charity I have written so much about in my four years as a reporter in West Sussex.

Any donations, great or small, will be greatly appreciated and will go towards providing care and support for children with life-limiting conditions.
