Well, I did it - with the help of my trusty fitness coaches, a little bit of practice and a lot of will power!  Completed the 5K on Sunday 5th June at Glasgow Green in 34 minutes 13 seconds!  Well done me....and everyone else who took part!  Apparently it was the biggest Race for Life event in the UK, with over 15 500 women running and walking.  Fantastic!  So, next year, going for sub-30 minutes?
