Well, here I am again.  Another 5K!  My second one.  This time I am hoping to beat my last time of 45 minutes and get it down to around half an hour!  The challenge is not only to cut down my time but as this is a Women Only event I will not have my pacemaker, my hat and water carrier and the love of my life running with me so I will have to do it ALL ON MY OWN!  That in itself will be a challenge!

I really enjoyed the last run I did and, thanks to your generosity, I managed to raise my target of £150.  This year, while my target is still £150 I would like to double that so, dig deep and sponsor me.  Every little bit counts!
