Hi everyone. I’ll be running the Cardiff Half Marathon on October 6th 2019 to raise money for the Charity CALM. The Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM) is leading a movement against male suicide, the single biggest killer of men under the age of 45 in the UK. This is a killer bigger than cancer, heart disease or traffic accidents. No one should have to feel like suicide is the only way out. My aim is to raise more awareness, support and encourage people just to listen and be kind because you never know what someone is really going through.
