Fundraising for The Royal British Legion
Story
This two day trip is in remembrance of the incredible sacrifices made by all those who fought in both World Wars.
Supporting me on this this ride, your donations will help to provide lifelong support to serving and ex-serving personnel and their families.
The journey will start from Dover and pass through the historic Somme region of France visiting battlefields, cemeteries and memorials along the route. The finish line is the iconic Menin Gate in Ypres.

The “2 4 52 challenge” is about me doing 2 events in my 52nd year to raise funds for some very important charities that have impacted people in my life. You may recall that it was 3 4 50 but 2020 didn't go so well for all of us and one of the challenges has gone but two remain to be completed.
50 was a big birthday and key year for many people and very much so for me. My dad passed away in his 50th year and in his memory, I am raising money for the forces family that was important to him.

Within my family and circle of friends we have been affected by the impact of heart disease. Gratefully saving and extending life through amazing heart surgery teams but also sadly losing my Uncle Steve. In his memory I am riding from London to Brighton for the British Heart Foundation.
