Like so many of us Evelyn has had lots of questions about the latest news in Ukraine and wanted to help. 

Evelyn came up with the idea "Miss One" where throughout March she asks that we miss one item and insead donate that money to the Ukraine Crisis Appeal. 

Miss One is one item such as a daily newspaper or magazine. A morning coffee or after work drink. A sweet treat or ice-cream. One item that instead can go to help others.
