I was running a 6 miler one morning before work, always a gruesome site for the locals and a concerned onlooker asked if I needed a stretcher? Half choking I told him to the contrary, I was actually enjoying the experience. If I'm stupid enough to keep doing this why not put it to some good use, so...

I'm raising some money for the Pilgrims Hospices in memory of my Mum, and two good friends Peter Butterfield and Carol Chandler. The support and care they have given to our families has been immense and their kindness will always live with me. 

So help this crazy person to give a little something back.
