The painting, Light, Love and Hope for Ukraine' features Light, reminding us of God's love and the hope that we all have that the war in Ukraine will stop. The painting also features the red berries and green and red leaves of kalyna (guelder rose, Viburnum opulus), the official national plant of Ukraine. I hope that you enjoy viewing the painting, created like all my paintings, using technology as I can no longer hold a paintbrush. I encourage you to support the DEC through JustGiving, and if the emergency in Ukraine ends, I expect the DEC to use any remaining funds in other future emergencies.
