The past year or so has been hard on charities, who have not been able to raise funds in their usual ways. So, by setting myself a personal fitness goal I am also raising awareness and some vital funds for all the rescue animals RSPCA Wirral and Chester care for. It's a cause dear to my heart and I hope to yours too! Please give generously to the work they do all year round.
