I have suffered with mental health problems from an early age until the present, it was very difficult to admit this to my family and friends. I suffered in silence for years. I sort help from MIND and Health Care Professionals which is making a difference in my life, there's always been a stigma around mental health and I want to raise awareness around and encourage people to talk about there problems and speak to services such as MIND to help. Mental Health Awareness week is 14th - 20th May. I will be doing the skydive on Friday 18th May. I am sure everybody knows someone with a mental health problem so please sponsor to help these amazing organisations carry out the support and help they provide.
