On the 30th of January Rob Harris sadly took his own life.

During October Robs wife Sam and friend Ian will be taking on running challenges in Robs memory. Sam will be running the Great Birmingham Run Half Marathon and Ian the Chester Marathon.

In running these events they would like to raise funds for The Samaritans to ensure there is always someone there to listen should anyone find themselves in Robs situation.

Please dig deep and give what you can afford to support those people who do an incredibly important job, you could help save someones life.
