I'm joining Kevin Sinfield and completing my own 7 in 7 challenge. That's seven runs, walks or cycles in seven consecutive days to raise money to support families, like Rob's, that are living with motor neurone disease.

The money raised will provide care and support for people living with, and affected by MND. It will also fund vital research to help better understand the disease and bring us closer to finding a cure.

As you know, my health has been severely compromised in recent years and so, this challenge will test me hugely. The memory of my beautiful mumma, who died from MND in 2012, will get me through.
