Story
Last year my dad, Peter “Rocky” Randall, was diagnosed with cancer.
Simply put, my dad is incredible and has always been my role model. Since his diagnosis Dad has been outstanding in coping with treatment and in looking out for the family and our feelings. Jo and I live a long way from mum and dad and can’t be there for him in the way that we want to.
So, in November last year we decided we would do what we could to show our support for Rocky and others who are coping with cancer. After much thought we decided to run the 2014 Berlin Marathon with the goal of raising at least £1,000 in aid of MacMillan Cancer Care.
