We are taking on the RNLI’s H2Only Challenge, which is usually to drink water only for 10 days, except that we have decided to do it for the whole of September 2019! 

Anyone who knows us will know that I, Philippa, generally don’t ever go more than a couple of hours at a time during the day without a coffee (and I turn into a monster without it...) so that in itself is going to be a challenge for both of us 😳😅

Alongside our love of visiting the RNLI stations, we have always been in awe of the incredible work that the RNLI volunteer crews do. Did you know that RNLI lifeboat crews assisted nearly 10,000 casualties around the UK last year? 

What makes this even crazier is that the RNLI is principally funded by legacies and donations, and most of the members of lifeboat crews are unpaid volunteers.
