Story
H2Only asks participants to give up the drinks they love and only drink water for 10 days. By asking friends and family for sponsorship throughout your challenge you’ll be helping support our volunteer lifesavers. You can choose to do H2Only anytime, with a team or on your own. You can even decide to go H2Only for more than 10 days- if you’re brave enough!
