Story

I have decided to run the Virgin London Marathon, in memory of a great friend - Archie Dodge.

As a lot of you know on the 26th July 2010, we all lost a great mate, an entertainer and a character that is like no other – Archie Dodge. In 2009 he was diagnosed Ewing's Sarcoma, a primary bone cancer, which all came as a huge surprise to us all. Following diagnosis, Archie showed huge determination and strength, not letting the cancer get in his way and continued to be a regular face at parties and other social occasions.
For those of you that knew him, many happy memories will remain with you, and hopefully these happy memories, will keep me going throughout the Marathon.

I have been selected to run for Bone Cancer Research Trust, who’s aim is to improve the outcome for people with primary bone cancer through research, awareness, information and support. It is a great cause and I would be so grateful if you could take 5mins to donate……….

Thanks in advance, and see you at the finishing line.
