Thorn Baker are on a mission to raise £4k for Ashgate Hospice throughout 2020, my next challenge will be to take part in a charity boxing event, run by The Fitness Factory Chesterfield. 

Completely out of my comfort zone - I'll be in training for the next 9 weeks in preparation for getting in the ring and fighting 3 rounds with my opponent. 

I must be absolutely mad, but after visiting the Ashgate Hospice and seeing the amazing work they do first hand, I wanted to do whatever I could to support their cause - even if it means being punched in the face a few times!!

For the last 30 years, Ashgate Hospicecare has offered expert physical and emotional care to local people with a life-limiting illness and their families. Last year alone, Ashgate hospice cared for more than 2,100 people. This was only possible thanks to the generosity of fundraisers and supporters who fund over 70% of these vital services.
