The Rose and Crown team are splitting up... into teams that is.  

Half of us will be cycling 50 miles around the Norfolk Broads in June, and the other half will be walking 50 miles across the Brecon Beacons, from the infamous Puzzle Wood to the beautiful Builth Wells in August.  (One or two of us will be doing both). 

All to raise money for the wonderful Shooting Star Chase. 

Last year some of us conquered three of the tallest peaks in Snowdonia National Park, despite treacherous weather, in 24 hours - this year we want to better that and conquer the East as well as the West.

All donations welcome and greatly appreciated. We raised about £1000 last year, help us beat it this year. Much love to you all. xx
