Hello Everyone and Anyone,

 Yes I have been very foolish this year and decided to go on three little jogs:

-My first little jog will be the Thames 20 miler (which as the names gives away, is 20 miles). March 7th

-Jog number two is the famous Virgin London Marathon. April 25th

-Finally if I am still running/ walking/ alive then I will take on the Edinburgh Marathon. May 23rd.

A friend was running for Women and Health but due to an unforeseen pregnancy, she has had to pull out. Being the "Yes Man" that I am, I have jumped at the chance to inflict pain on myself.

Please show your support for me inflicting three months of pain on me and those who have to listen to me talk about by donating generously.
