I'm taking part in the Royal Parks Half on Sunday 11 October 2026, running for Prostate Cancer UK. This is in aid of my wonderful dad, big Nige, who was diagnosed with prostate cancer in Oct 2025. Like any family, it turned our world upside down. Myself, my brothers Adam and Sam, and Sam’s partner Anna are doing this to show strength and determination, like he has this past year ♥️
